The building is located in a quiet Ostozhenka lane where it is always calm and you cannot hear the busy buzz of the city center.
The narrow streets around it have little traffic, and Moscow residents and guests do not come here often either.
A special coating with a mirror effect is applied to the outside of the window.
There are no shops or offices, which means no strangers.

Thanks to the house having few residents, it’s always quiet: there are only 23 apartments here, including cityhouses and penthouses, mostly two to four on each floor, and three villas with separate entrances.

A comprehensive noise insulation system makes each
apartment a soundproof capsule:
- the walls between the apartments are installed on special vibration pads;
- silent elevators;
- silent elevators;
- all comfort systems (ventilation, air conditioning, pipes) are silent;
- all utility systems are installed on vibration supports, isolated with sound-absorbing materials, and placed as far from the apartments as possible, mainly on the underground floors.
The Comfort Service cares for the residents’ comfort and peace in the building.
